This treatment consists of 25 minute first intake + 35 minute acupuncture | Begin your journey to deep healing, with Traditional Chinese medicine. In this session, we will take a comprehensive look at health concerns and recent lifestyle changes. Together, we will discuss your primary health concerns and create a personalized approach to reaching your goals for continuous well being. This appointment includes acupuncture treatment, dietary and lifestyle advice. Does not include Chinese herbal medicine.

This session is for first time acupuncture facial clients who want to focus on skin conditions such as: crows feet, frown lines / 11 lines, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, acne, hyperpigmentation, and more. This treatment includes: medical diagnosis of skin using traditional Chinese medicine techniques followed by dietary and herbal medicine guidance to manage skin conditions. The facial itself includes professional cleansing, exfoliation, and liposome hydrating serum featuring Dr. Baumann products, followed by microcurrent therapy and facial massage.

This session is for first time clients who are interested in only Chinese Herbal Medicine and Functional Foods. During this session, you will receive a diagnosis through tongue and pulse examination!

This follow-up session is for existing clients who have already had a first appointment.

This session is includes 35 minutes of acupuncture followed by a cupping and gua sha massage using Chinese herbal medicine oils to increase blood circulation and enhanxce detoxification. ___ *Recommended for deeper relaxation, or to help tension in neck, back, shoulders, or hips *Not recommended for menstruating women ___ What is it? Gua means "to scrape" and Sha means "toxin" so to gua-sha quite literally is the act of eliminating toxins from the body. Cupping isolates these toxins through a gentle suction, which deoxygenates the muscle and blocked area. Please note: slight bruising from cupping may be present (which can last anywhere from 3-10+ days)

This treatment is recommended for those interested in 2-3x sessions per month to accelerate treatment results specifically for fine-line reduction, post-acne scarring, and more. ___ The skin is cleansed and prepped for facial acupuncture, intradermal needles are placed on areas of the skin with aging which promote natural collagen stimulation.
