This session is includes 35 minutes of acupuncture followed by a cupping and gua sha massage using Chinese herbal medicine oils to increase blood circulation and enhanxce detoxification. ___ *Recommended for deeper relaxation, or to help tension in neck, back, shoulders, or hips *Not recommended for menstruating women ___ What is it? Gua means "to scrape" and Sha means "toxin" so to gua-sha quite literally is the act of eliminating toxins from the body.
